In order to create 3^rd Level Wings you will first need to create a Feather of Condor.

        1 Jewel of Chaos, 1 Jewel of Creation and 10 Stacked Jewel of Soul

        Wings Level 2 or Cape +9 (or more) and +4 add/1% rec (or more)

        Ancient item(s) +7 (or more) +4 add (or more)

Wings Level 3 Stage 2 Combination

For this stage you will need to go in Barracks (accessible through Crywolf 2) and farm 1 Flame of Condor.

Once you get it, the Chaos Goblin Combination for Level 3 Wings is:

Maximum Success Rate 40%

        Excellent Item +9 (or more) and +4 add (or more)

        Feather of Condor (From Stage 1 Combination)

        Flame of Condor

        1 Jewel of Chaos, 1 Jewel of Creation, 10 Stacked  Jewel of Soul and 10 Stacked Jewel of Bless

If you are successful, you will receive one of the following:

           Wings of Storm             Wings of Eternal           Wings of Illusion               Wings of Ruin

                               Wings of Dimension         Cape of Emperor         Cape of Overrule
